When and how can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, first log into your account. Then click the “Subscriptions” tab and click the “Cancel” button next to any products you would like to cancel. How can I skip subscription delivery? To skip a delivery, first log into your account. Then click on “Delivery Schedule” to view all upcoming deliveries. To skip a delivery you can click “Skip” next to the delivery date you would like to skip.
How can I update my shipping address for a recurring subscription?
To update your shipping address, first log into your account. Then click on “Subscriptions” and click “Edit” to the right of the address. Note that this only applies to the shipping/delivery address, not the billing address.
How can I update my billing information for a recurring subscription?
To update your billing information, first log into your account. Then click on ‘Billing Information” to edit your billing address and payment method.
Can I add or change products in my subscription?
Yes! To add additional items, first log into your account. Then select “Manage Subscriptions” and choose a subscription to edit. You can now search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries.
