Do Popadelics contain any psychedelics?
No! Although our snacks are out of this world, they do not contain any psilocybin, CBD, or THC. However, a portion of all purchases supports the Fun-Gal Snacks Foundation, which in turn supports research toward the use of psychedelics to treat mental health, via the Johns Hopkins Institute for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research.
What does "popadelic" mean?
"Popadelic" is actually a slang word that means “Having the coolness or style of pop music or pop stars”, interestingly enough!
What are Popadelics made of?

Are Popadelics vegan?
Yes! All of our flavors are vegan, including our (vegan) Trippin’ Truffle Parm (with some of the tastiest vegan parm in the game)!
Are Popadelics gluten free?
While Popadelics are not yet gluten free certified through any third party agencies and no formal laboratory tests to measure the presence of gluten in our final product have been performed to date, we possess written attestations from all of our ingredient suppliers that each individual ingredient is gluten free. In addition, shiitake mushrooms are our primary ingredient, and they are naturally gluten free.
How big is each pack?
Each individual pack is 4 ounces and contains 4 individual 1-ounce servings.
How are Popadelics so crunchy?
Our unique vacuum frying cooking method makes our snack better-for-you than other mainstream snacks while also producing our signature crunch! Vacuum frying uses a combination of pressure and hot oil. Compared to traditional frying, vacuum fried foods cook at much lower temperatures. This can help food absorb less oil and retain more of their color, nutrients, texture, and flavor.
I don’t like mushrooms. Will I like Popadelics?
We dare you to try Popadelics - mushroom lovers and doubters alike are raving about our snacks. We promise you haven’t had shiitake mushrooms like this before (or this crunchy)!

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship domestically (U.S.). If you are an international customer, however, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock snacks will ship within 1-5 business days, pending credit card verification. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at email@example.com as soon as you can. Note that we can only make changes to orders before they are shipped.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Please reach out to us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org should you want to cancel and order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, if possible.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at email@example.com. Note that the tracking number may take 24-48 hours to update once you receive it.
Can I order a single pack?
While we do not currently support single pack orders, we hope to be able to do so soon!
What do I do if I think my package is missing?
If your package was marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will see if we can track it down for you!
Do you accept returns or refunds?
While we don’t accept any returns, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know via email at email@example.com, and we will refund your first order in full. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment card providers.
When and how can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, first log into your account. Then click the “Subscriptions” tab and click the “Cancel” button next to any products you would like to cancel. How can I skip subscription delivery? To skip a delivery, first log into your account. Then click on “Delivery Schedule” to view all upcoming deliveries. To skip a delivery you can click “Skip” next to the delivery date you would like to skip.
How can I update my shipping address for a recurring subscription?
To update your shipping address, first log into your account. Then click on “Subscriptions” and click “Edit” to the right of the address. Note that this only applies to the shipping/delivery address, not the billing address.
How can I update my billing information for a recurring subscription?
To update your billing information, first log into your account. Then click on ‘Billing Information” to edit your billing address and payment method.
Can I add or change products in my subscription?
Yes! To add additional items, first log into your account. Then select “Manage Subscriptions” and choose a subscription to edit. You can now search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries.
