Do I have to sign up or create an account to use Groupshop?

Nope, no account needed! After you place your order, we’ll send you everything you need to know about your Groupshop through the email address you used to check out. Your Groupshop link is all you need to customize your store, share discounts, and earn cashback.

Do I have to place an order first in order to receive a Groupshop?

We also partner directly with eligible influencers and can set up select interested influencers with a Groupshop without requiring an initial purchase. I'm an influencer. How can I get a Groupshop?

We partner directly with eligible influencers and can set up select interested influencers with a Groupshop without requiring an initial purchase. How long do I have to earn cashback and share rewards?

Once you’ve completed your order and opened your Groupshop for the first time, we’ll start a countdown. You and your friends can shop, share and earn from your Groupshop until the timer runs out. Everytime an order is placed on your Groupshop, we'll add time to the counter!

How will I receive my cashback?

For those who made a purchase first, we automatically credit your cashback to the payment method you used on your order – so no need to re-enter payment info! If you are a direct Groupshop partner that did not make an initial purchase, then you will receive a direct email from the Groupshop team once you make your first Groupshop sale with instructions on how you can enter your payment info (currently Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp are all supported). Direct payouts are made on a biweekly basis from the Groupshop team.

I lost my Groupshop store link! How can I recover it?
