Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. Note that we can only make changes to orders before they are shipped.
Can I cancel an existing order?
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Please reach out to us right away at email@example.com should you want to cancel and order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, if possible.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and a subsequent email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that the tracking number may take 24-48 hours to update once you receive it.
Can I order a single pack?
While we do not currently support single pack orders, we hope to be able to do so soon!
What do I do if I think my package is missing?
If your package was marked as delivered but you don’t see it on your doorstep, please email us at email@example.com. We will see if we can track it down for you!
Do you accept returns or refunds?
While we don’t accept any returns, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will refund your first order in full. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment card providers.
